Pero Fly Fishing offers high-quality fly fishing rods (Venandi series) and bags, all of which are kept in stock. We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all products, though slight variations may occur due to differences in screen displays and individual perception.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship exclusively within the United States using Fedex.

• In the event of damage during shipping, we will replace any defective part at no cost. Please notify us promptly if your item arrives damaged.

• Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and product availability. Pero Fly Fishing is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

 

3. Pricing & Payments

• Sales tax is applied to your purchase.

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other common online payment methods.

• All transactions are processed securely, and we do not retain payment details once the order is completed.

 

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that the product is unused and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Cancellations must be made within 3 hours of placing an order, as we process and ship orders promptly. Once the order is in the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

 

5. Warranty

• We offer a lifetime warranty on the titanium components of our rods.

• Our Venandi fly fishing rods come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse or accidents.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

• Pero Fly Fishing is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

• In no case shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

• We are not liable for damages caused by improper handling or misuse of our rods and bags.
